01The challenge
ARI and suspected COVID-19 spread fast, and clinicians had to judge the urgency of each case quickly. Triage was hard to do efficiently, delays risked treatment and further transmission, and the medical team had only documents to turn into an app.
02Our approach
We designed a user-friendly app around the triage checklist, focused on ARI and suspected COVID-19: a step-by-step symptom assessment that ends in actionable insights. It is a Progressive Web App: clinicians add it to their home screen, with nothing to install.
03The result
The checklist gave healthcare providers a clear, easy-to-use tool for early suspicion and consultation. It made ARI and COVID-19 symptoms quick to assess, improving patient management, reducing delays in diagnosis and supporting timely intervention for suspected cases.
