The pharmaceutical industry requires continuous training for HCPs to stay updated with medical advancements. Existing solutions often face challenges like high costs, time-intensive development, and lack of engagement.

APPROACH

We developed a comprehensive LMS for Medugate, enabling course management, interactive Q&A sessions, and quizzes. A progressive tracking dashboard was integrated to monitor HCP progress and provide real-time insights. Additionally, Menarini now has medical product pages tailored by country, allowing for localized updates and ensuring that each country’s medical community receives relevant information. We also introduced a medical blog page, which is updated daily, providing HCPs with timely industry news and insights.
