

Created an all-encompassing attendee hub for L’Oreal, designed to manage and enhance participation across multiple L’Oreal events, ensuring consistency and high engagement levels. Additionally, we managed both the Exhibition Area and the overall event management, overseeing the smooth operation of both in-person and virtual experiences. For the first time, L’Oreal was able to achieve the exact number of physical attendees virtually, effectively doubling the attendee numbers by incorporating virtual event management.

The event's original detail aid was static and lacked interactivity, making it difficult to engage HCPs effectively. The traditional presentation format did not encourage active participation or excitement, and there was a need for a more dynamic experience to keep the audience engaged.
We introduced interactive games like SkinInTheGame, a competition where HCPs answered questions with the chance to earn prizes. We also transformed the existing detail aid into an interactive experience using our software, which allowed participants to engage with the content in a more dynamic and entertaining way. Additionally, we managed the Exhibition Area and the event's logistical needs, combining in-person and virtual components to ensure seamless participation and engagement.
