We have successfully hosted the Jeddaderm event for the past five years. The annual Jeddah Dermatology & Cosmetics Conference is a must-attend event for dermatology professionals, featuring numerous speakers, sponsors, and attendees. It serves as a prime platform for global experts to exchange ideas and advance their specialty. Additionally, we were responsible for creating comprehensive event management solutions, including email campaigns for attendees, check-in procedures, and session streaming.

The event lacked a streamlined, integrated platform for registration, event management, and content presentation, leading to inefficiencies in managing the event and delivering relevant information to attendees.

APPROACH

We created a comprehensive website to host all the event’s information and facilitate both physical and virtual attendee management. This included customized registration pages, check-in systems with quick QR code scans, and immediate badge printing. The system also supported full virtual attendee management with webinar engagement features, ensuring a seamless experience for both in-person and online participants.
