Positioning

The slide is the unit, not the deck

A detail aid built as one fixed deck has to be rebuilt for every market, every platform and every new claim. Built in modules, it is assembled instead.

A fixed deck
  • Rebuilt for every platform
  • One change means a new version of everything
  • References re-checked by hand
  • Hours of packaging per release
Modular content
  • Assembled per platform from the same modules
  • One change, carried everywhere it appears
  • References travel with the claim
  • Packaged in minutes, not hours

How it connects

One set of modules, every channel

The same approved modules can feed more than the rep’s tablet. Reused properly, one approval serves the whole programme.

Detail aids

The rep’s e-detailer is assembled from the modules.

Veeva, IQVIA, Platforce

Packages built for each CLM from the same source.

Product pages

Approved modules reused on the brand’s web pages.

Email

Claims and visuals reused in approved emailers.

Review teams

Watermarked links replace attachments in review.

The HCP profile

With ORCA Connect, slides shown in calls join the doctor’s record.

FAQ

Common questions

Which platforms can you export to?

Veeva CLM and Engage, IQVIA, Platforce, interactive PDF and secure web review links. Other CLM formats can be added on request.

Do we have to rebuild our existing decks?

No. We can convert an existing detail aid into modules, and new content is built modular from the start.

How are references kept correct?

Each claim carries its references as part of the module, so they travel together into every export. The tool flags any claim without a reference.

Who can see the review links?

Only the people you send them to. Links expire, can be watermarked with the reviewer’s name, and every open is logged.

Can markets have their own versions?

Yes. Market variants — labels, languages, local references — are managed as versions of the same modules.

Does it work in Arabic?

Yes, including right-to-left layouts in the exported packages.
