Progress that people want to make.

Learning platforms that turn courses into journeys — levels, milestones, instant feedback and visible rewards — so learners come back because they want to, and managers see exactly what is working.

Positioning

Motivation is a design problem

Mandatory training gets completed. Learning that sticks gets chosen. Game mechanics — used with care — are how a programme moves from the first to the second.

Without game design
  • Completion because it is required
  • Progress that is invisible
  • Feedback weeks later, if ever
  • Everyone alone with the same course
With game design
  • A journey with a summit to reach
  • Levels, points and streaks you can see
  • Instant feedback on every answer
  • Teams and leaderboards to compete in

What we build

The mechanics that keep learners moving

Each mechanic has a job. We choose them for the behaviour your programme needs, and leave out the ones that would only add noise.

Progression paths and levels

Learning paths with checkpoints and unlockable modules, so learners always see what is next and why.

Badges, points and leaderboards

Rewards for completion and mastery, with leaderboards by team, region or cohort.

Challenges and quests

Weekly challenges and scenario quests that rehearse real clinical and commercial decisions.

Microlearning and streaks

Bite-sized lessons with streaks and reminders that build a daily habit without overload.

Assessments with instant feedback

Quizzes and case vignettes with immediate rationales that fix knowledge as it is tested.

A week on the platform

How a habit forms, day by day

The goal is not a burst of activity at launch. It is a learner who opens the platform on a Wednesday without being asked. Every step toward that is measured.

Monday: a new challenge

The week’s quest unlocks, with a reminder on the phone.

TrackedChallenge opens.
Tuesday: a five-minute lesson

A short lesson and three questions, answered on the way to clinic.

TrackedLesson completions.
Wednesday: the streak holds

Three days in a row — a small reward, a visible streak.

TrackedStreak length.
Thursday: a case to solve

A scenario quest with branching decisions and feedback.

TrackedDecisions and scores.
Friday: the leaderboard

The team sees where it stands, and who climbed most.

TrackedRank changes.
Next week: a new level

The next module unlocks for those who mastered this one.

TrackedLevel progression.

Why teams choose us

Game design with a governance layer

Gamification in a regulated industry needs more than points. It needs rules you can configure, logs you can audit and data you can defend.

A flexible rules engine

Rewards, penalties and thresholds configured per programme, brand or audience, without a rebuild.

Ready for scale

From fifty learners to fifty thousand, with single sign-on, roles and content versioning.

Compliance-friendly

SCORM and xAPI support, audit-ready logs and certificates aligned with your governance.

Reporting

Engagement, and whether it turned into learning

Points are easy to inflate. The reports tie engagement to what learners got right, so the team can see whether the game is doing its job.

Engagement

  • Daily and weekly active learners
  • Streaks, and where they break
  • Challenges started and finished
  • Time on task, per module
  • Leaderboard movement by team

Competence

  • Pass rates and scores over time
  • Competency coverage by role
  • Learners at risk, flagged early
  • Content with the highest impact
  • Exports for audit and managers

How it connects

The game runs across the programme

The best gamified programmes reach beyond the platform: into the field, into events and into the everyday tools learners already use.

Customised LMS

Game mechanics run on Intelligate, alongside the standard courses.

WhatsApp

Streak reminders and challenge alerts where learners actually read them.

Events

Live quizzes at meetings add to the same leaderboard.

Exhibition games

Booth games can feed points into the learning programme.

Managers

Team dashboards show progress for coaching conversations.

The HCP profile

With ORCA Connect, learning activity joins the doctor’s engagement record.

FAQ

Common questions

Is gamification appropriate for healthcare professionals?

Done well, yes. The challenge is the content — clinical cases, real decisions — and the mechanics make progress visible. We avoid anything that trivialises the subject.

Can we turn mechanics on and off?

Yes. Points, badges, leaderboards and streaks are configured per programme, and can differ between audiences.

Are leaderboards visible to everyone?

Only as far as you choose: by team, by region, anonymised or switched off. Some audiences prefer private progress.

Does it work for medical reps as well as HCPs?

Yes. Rep training is one of the strongest uses — product knowledge, objection handling and compliance, rehearsed as challenges.

How is the Abbott programme related?

“Climbing Everest” for Abbott is one of the programmes we built on this platform: a learning journey framed as an ascent, with the summit as certification.

Can it run in Arabic?

Yes, fully bilingual with right-to-left layouts designed properly.

The whole point

Let’s make learning the part of the week they look forward to.

Tell us the behaviour you want to build, and we will design the game around it.
